Where to Buy
Lumenizer devices are made and shipped from China. We do not currently have overseas warehouses or local retail partners.
There are two ways to buy from outside China: order directly on Taobao, or write to us.
Before you buy
The 222nm core is a consumable.
Both LITE and OMNI use a 222nm energy core rated for 5,000 hours. Running continuously, that is about one year. At eight hours a day, about three years.
The device tells you when the core is spent.
OMNI shows a red ambient light at startup. LITE's blue power indicator blinks.
Servicing means shipping the device back to China.
We do not operate overseas service centres. All repairs and core replacements are done at our factory in China. Round-trip international shipping and any customs duties are paid by the buyer. For the LITE, these costs can approach or exceed the price of a new unit.
What this means for you.
Buying from overseas works best if you are comfortable treating the device as a single-lifecycle product, used until the core depletes. If local warranty support and easy servicing are essential to you, this is not the right time to buy.
Buying via Taobao
Taobao is in Chinese throughout, including registration, product pages and checkout. You will not see the product listing at all until you are signed in. This route works best if you read Chinese.
- A Taobao account is required. Registration accepts international mobile numbers, including +1.
- Payment methods are those available on Taobao.
- Shipping method is chosen by you at checkout. Cost and delivery time vary widely.
- You are the importer of record. Any customs duties are yours to pay.
- For returns, shipping and duties are also on the buyer's side.
